So junior threw Colin Powell to the dogs with claims that America is not "stingy"
...so the NY Times did an Op-Ed pointing out that Europe gives about twice as much money as America does to developing nations.
So then junior decided to "go it alone", and form a "Coalition of the Stingy", at which point many people, like myself, were moved to use 4-letter-words.
And then today, junior caved in, and coughed up 350 Million for the Earthquake/Tsunami Victims.
...so in other words, We Kicked His Stingy Ass!

Wow. Imagine W, in an effort to generate relief money for tsunami victims, finding a way to bypass an organization under investigation for, among other things, shady oil deals under the U.N. oil-for-food program. The bastard.
